HOW DO I GET TO TAGO TULUM FROM THE INTERNATIONA AIRPORT?
There are different ways to get to our place:
a) PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION – You can contract our preferred transfer service so we need the following information in order to confirm your service.
- Name
- Number of persons
- Arrival date
- Arrival time (landing time)
- Airline
- Flight number
- Flight Origin
- Number of terminal arrival
- Whatsapp contact
Costs: $180 USD/one way or 360 USD / roundtrip (incl. up to 4 people)
b) BY TAXI – You can get the taxi directly on the Airport for your prefered company, costs may varied from USD on a colective taxi up to 180 USD for a private cab.
c) BY CAR: if you decided to rent a car, please be advised that we do offer a limited space so, is necessary 65 to contact us in advance in order to request a space.
IS THE BREAKFAST INCLUDED?
Yes, continental breakfast is included every day (toast, plate of fruit, regular coffee or tea and fresh juice) however, for additional consumptions remind that you need to open a voucher at your check in time.
WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES THE HOTEL OFFERS?
Tago Tulum offers different payment methods, our website already offers payments by debito r credit cards, however if you need to pay in other method please contact us to reservations@tagotulum.com since we do offer wire transfers, PayPal and BitCoin payments too.

HOW DO I BOOK A TOUR?
The tours can be booked once you arrive directly with our concierge team, it should be paid in advance in cash in order to guarantee your reservation.
DOEAS THE HOTEL OFFERS COVD-19 TESTINGS?
The hotel offers appointments with a private doctor so he can come personally to make the Antigen and PCR testings, avarage prices are from 85 USD up to 185 USD per person. The results usually gets ready from 2 up to 3 working days.
